Executive Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking candidates for an Executive Administrative Assistant opportunity with a professional services firm located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership while managing office operations and coordination functions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment with global operations.

This is a 1–3-month contract opportunity paying between $35-$40/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a fully onsite work model consisting of 5 days onsite/week in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support across multiple time zones
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Facilitate communication flow between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Oversee office supply management and coordinate vendor relationships
  • Process expense documentation and track office-related spending
  • Maintain an organized workspace and filing systems
  • Support operational projects and administrative initiatives as assigned
  • Manage competing priorities and shifting demands in a dynamic environment
  • Provide additional support as needed

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of executive administrative or office management experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate setting
  • Strong calendar coordination and travel arrangement capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential matters
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable
