Associate Director will lead client engagements, apply sophisticated capital modeling to ERM, reinsurance, capital adequacy, and transaction-oriented work, and translate complex analyses into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders. The role combines hands-on technical depth with project leadership, mentoring, and meaningful involvement in shaping the practice as it grows. Seeking an ACAS/FCAS with 5-9 years P&C actuarial or capital modeling/ALM experience and strong client-facing capabilities.
