A busy concrete contractor located in Bear, DE is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.  This position requires strong skills in scheduling, billing, estimating and sales.  Job requirements: Strong understanding of excavation techniques, equipment, and safety procedures; Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting, estimating and sales; Strong leadership and communication skills; Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards; Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
