    Job Title: Exadata PL/SQL Developer
    Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite every week)
    Job Type: 12-18 Months W2 Contract
    W2 only[No C2C]
    Job Description

    Must have: Oracle Exadata AND PL/SQL AND ETL AND (LCR OR NSFR OR FR2052A OR ILST OR Regulatory Reporting OR Liquidity Risk)

    Liquidity Regulatory Reporting and data integration initiatives.
    Work directly on mission-critical regulatory and liquidity reporting systems required by regulators and senior management.
    Experience Required
    Oracle Exadata, SQL, PL/SQL (7-10 years) with strong hands-on development experience.
    ETL/Data Warehousing design and development for large-volume data processing.
    Expertise in Star Schema, Data Partitioning, Data Compression, Direct Path Loads.
    Strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning using:
    Explain Plan
    SQL Trace
    TKPROF
    AUTOTRACE
    AWR Reports
    Solid understanding of Oracle Architecture, including:
    SGA & PGA memory structures
    Oracle server processes
    Query optimization
    Knowledge of Oracle VPD (Virtual Private Database).
    Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in production environments.
    Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
    Required Soft Skills

    Ability to perform both technical and functional analysis.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.
    Strong ownership and accountability for production support and issue resolution.
    Attention to detail, particularly around regulatory and reporting accuracy.
    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
    Collaborative mindset with developers, testers, architects, and business SMEs.
    Regulatory Reporting experience (highly desirable), particularly liquidity, risk, finance, or banking regulatory projects.
    Experience with Python for automation, data processing, and ETL enhancements.
    Knowledge of Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and scheduling.
    Experience working with Containers (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes).
    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, Git, and automated deployment practices.
    Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
    Experience implementing reconciliation, exception handling, and audit controls in data pipelines.
    Exposure to metadata-driven ETL frameworks or reusable data integration platforms.
    Experience with Tableau or other enterprise reporting and analytics tools.
    Financial services or banking domain knowledge, especially around Liquidity Reporting (LCR, NSFR, FR2052a, ILST) and data lineage requirements.
    Strong Oracle & ETL expert who can design scalable solutions, optimize performance, and troubleshoot complex production issues independently.
    Owns deliverables end-to-end, from requirements and development through testing, deployment, support, and data lineage compliance.
    Excellent problem solver and communicator who can bridge technical implementation with business and regulatory reporting requirements
