Job Summary and Qualifications In this role, you will direct personnel engaged in maintaining assigned areas of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local requirements and as directed by the Director and Operations Manager, to ensure that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times You will complete all work schedules for the area and directly supervise 15 - 20 FTE's You will interview candidates for available positions in the department and will be responsible for creating and posting departmental work schedules You will maintain productivity of the assigned unit to meet the hospital and corporate financial goals and to ensure adherence to policy and procedures, and will also assist, when necessary, his/her peer's department and area of responsibility What qualifications you will need: High School diploma or equivalent GED required Must have a minimum of six (6) months experience in a housekeeping department, in a health-related facility 2 years Supervisor experience in a health-related facility preferred HCA Healthcare has been named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for ten consecutive years (2010-2019).
