Legacy Staffing has partnered with a World-Class Hospital system in
Mayfield Heights, OH to hire experienced
EVS Housekeeper, Day Porter or Floor Tech staff. We are hiring for all shifts at a pay rate of
$15/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on maintaining a clean and safe environment while supporting daily operations, responding to service needs, and upholding all health, safety, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Collect trash throughout hospital and manage trash chutes
- Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
- Maintain equipment in good working order
- Report any shortages, damages, or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests' complaints or requests, and inform other personnel when required
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing
- Comply with health and safety regulations and adhere with company policies and licensing laws
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be available every other weekend and holiday
- Willing to Obtain a 1 step TB test and flu shot as part of onboarding process
- Floor Tech experience or proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently, with professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong command of the English language
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7 AM – 3:30 PM (Every other weekend and holiday required)
- 2nd Shift: 3 PM – 11:30 PM (Every other weekend and holiday required)
- 2nd Shift: P/T 2:30 pm-8:00 pm; 5:00 pm -10:30 pm (3-5 days/week)
- 3rd Shift:11 AM – 7:30 AM (Every other weekend and holiday required)
