    Description

    Assist in the day-to-day management to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while assuring compliance with policies and Standard operating Procedures. Conducts inspections for cleanliness and uphold standards of daily staff of 45+ employees effectively. Responsible for cleanliness, upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and grounds. Manages and oversees the operations of the department and staff on a daily basis.

    • 2+ years of cleaning, housekeeping, or EVS experience.
    • 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Must be at least 21 years old.
    • Proficient in English verbal and written in a professional manner.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing and walking for the duration of the shift, as well as bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and ascending/descending stairs.
    • Work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
    • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle sensitive staff and guest situations in a timely manner.
    • Must be able to push, pull, and lift furniture (e.g., mattresses, tables, chairs, lamps).
    • Must tolerate required PPE (gloves, safety glasses/goggles, etc.) and safely operate motorized equipment.
    • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
    • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must be able to create written and financial reports.
    • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts.
    • Ability to perform line-level duties during emergencies or operational needs.

    • Develop, manage, and maintain departmental budgets, inventory controls, purchasing procedures, and financial performance objectives.
    • Monitor equipment, utilities, supply usage, and employee productivity to maximize operational efficiency.
    • Maintain emergency procedures, oversee safety compliance, and implement energy conservation and awareness initiatives.
    • Prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation; effectively communicate with employees, management, guests, and the public.
    • Ensure compliance with attendance requirements, regulatory standards, company policies, and departmental procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
