The Events & Sponsorships Associate Manager plays a key role in delivering Fiduciary Trust International's national and regional events, sponsorships and charitable initiatives. As a member of the Regional Marketing team, this role will independently own a portfolio of programs from concept through execution, working closely with business leaders, Marketing colleagues and external partners.

The role is focused primarily on creating distinctive experiences for high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as the attorneys and other professionals who work with them. Programs range from intimate events and thought leadership programs to educational forums, curated client experiences, sponsorship activations and broader signature events.

We are looking for a creative, experienced and business-minded professional who understands that exceptional events are about more than flawless execution: they are opportunities to deepen relationships, showcase the firm's expertise and bring the Fiduciary Trust International brand and client experience to life.

How You Will Add Value

  • Independently plan and execute a portfolio of high-touch events and experiences, managing programs end to end from concept and planning through onsite execution, follow-up and evaluation.
  • Translate business and relationship-development objectives into compelling event formats, content and experiences, bringing fresh thinking to venues, speakers and approaches that engage sophisticated audiences and differentiate the firm.
  • Own program budgets, timelines, vendor engagement, hospitality, production, attendee experience, communications and logistics, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard.
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to define audiences, develop program agendas and content, and identify opportunities for coordination across markets.
  • Manage paid brand sponsorships, including evaluating opportunities, negotiating packages and maximizing benefits such as brand exposure, hospitality, content and client engagement.
  • Track and evaluate event and sponsorship performance using attendance, engagement, feedback, business objectives and sales metrics to inform future programming and investment.
  • Navigate Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Finance and other internal requirements while identifying opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency and business impact of events and sponsorships.

What Will Help You Be Successful

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in event planning and execution, with demonstrated ownership of programs from concept through execution.
  • Experience developing and delivering programs for clients, prospective clients and centers of influence. Financial services, wealth management and/or luxury brands experience is strongly preferred.
  • A strong understanding of events and paid brand sponsorships as marketing and relationship-building tools, with the ability to connect creative concepts and execution to business objectives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple programs, budgets and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and anticipating and solving problems.
  • Strong business judgment, executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, colleagues, high-net-worth individuals and families, and external partners.
  • Experience with event management platforms such as Cvent preferred; strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel essential.
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule as event needs require.
