Events Coordinator- Part-time

Summary:

~Candidate will lead all Events and in all operational aspects of event planning.

~Events may include, but are not limited to, Trax Farm Market hosted events, & private rental events.

~This individual will work closely with many departments within the company including external vendors and customers.

~Ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter with attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

~24+ hours/week to start with the potential to develop into a full-time position in the future.

~Schedule must be flexible as needed for all events.

 *You will be required to work all events. (set-up through tear-down/clean-up)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Proven event planning experience required.
• Food & Beverage/Catering experience a plus
• Microsoft Office, Social Media Platforms, Ticket Spice, Constant Contact, or similar/related software.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, walk, stand, climb stairs, lift, speak and write in English.
