About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events Coordinator Contractor to join our client's team in the event management sector. In this role, you will contribute to coordinating and executing various events to ensure successful and seamless experiences for attendees, planning and organizing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation, coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event services, and managing event registration, attendee communication, and on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event services.
• Manage event registration, attendee communication, and on-site support.
• Develop event schedules, agendas, and materials to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective execution.

Requirements

• Must have corporate experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI savvy.
• Availability to work nights and weekends based on event schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of experience in an operations or customer service environment.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Hospitality-related experience strongly preferred.
• Exposure to sponsored events at stadium and/or golf arenas.
