Event Supervisor - Proof of the Pudding

Proof of the Pudding is seeking experienced Event Supervisors to lead catering events throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for managing event staff, overseeing setup and breakdown, and ensuring excellent service for our clients and guests.

Location: Grand Prairie, TX / DFW Event Venues

• Lead and supervise event staff during catering events.
  

• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown.
  

• Ensure event details follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  

• Delegate tasks and keep the team organized and on schedule.
  

• Communicate with clients and address needs during events.
  

• Assist with food and beverage service, buffets, and clearing.
  

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and food safety standards.
  

• Assist with loading and unloading event equipment as needed.
  

• Previous food and beverage leadership experience required.
  

• Catering or banquet experience preferred.
  

• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  

• Ability to multitask and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and events.
  

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  

• Reliable transportation to Grand Prairie and event locations.
