Event Staff

Assist with event setup, including assembling badges, preparing merchandise bags, steaming flags, setting up registration areas, and booth setup. Key Requirements: Previous event, conference, venue, or trade show setup experience preferred.

Event Staff $18/hr

Key Requirements:

• Previous event, conference, venue, or trade show setup experience preferred.
• Assist with event setup, including assembling badges, preparing merchandise bags, steaming flags, setting up registration areas, and booth setup.
• Assist with event pack-out by boxing books, office supplies, and exhibit materials for shipment.
• Load carts and transport event materials throughout the hotel to designated pickup locations.
• Assist with weighing, labeling, and creating shipping logs as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy bins and boxes throughout the shift.

Shifts:Event set up hours:

• September 8th: 1PM-5PM
• September 9th: 8AM-5PM
• Subject to change if work gets completed early 

Event pack out hours:

• September 8th: 8AM-12PM
• September 12th: 11AM-2PM
• Subject to change if work gets completed early

Duration:

• Temporary
