Answer customer phone calls with a friendly attitude
Respond to customer emails and online inquiries promptly
Create quotes using our easy-to-use internal booking system
Help make our showroom look inviting and beautiful
Keep the showroom clean and fresh for everyone to enjoy
Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage inventory needs
Assist with other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly

Requirements

Be friendly and outgoing
Must be a people person
Must be willing to help customers and coworkers solve problems
Must be able to work Mon-Fri from 9a-4p
Type at least 40wpm
Have proficient general computer skills
Must have professional and courteous communication skills
Reliable transportation
