Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to support the preparation and organization of promotional events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, organizing materials, and working with a team to create professional and welcoming event environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing event spaces before promotional activities.

  • Assist with transporting and moving supplies as needed.

  • Prepare customer-facing areas for attendees and promotional activities.

  • Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and professionally presented.

  • Support event team members with setup and preparation tasks.

  • Check materials and supplies for completeness and visible damage.

  • Communicate setup concerns or supply needs to team members.

  • Assist with maintaining an organized event environment during activities.

  • Help with event breakdown, packing, and cleanup.

  • Follow established safety and workplace guidelines.

  • Assist with general event responsibilities as needed.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Comfortable performing hands-on physical tasks.

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move event materials.

  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, production, or setup experience is a plus but not required.
