Event Setup Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events and maintain organized, professional event spaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with a team, interacting with attendees, and contributing to successful events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing event spaces before activities begin.
• Set up tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Organize event materials and ensure resources are readily available.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
• Welcome attendees and provide basic assistance during events.
• Support promotional activities and customer engagement.
• Help distribute promotional materials and product information.
• Assist with event operations throughout the day.
• Help monitor supplies and communicate when additional materials are needed.
• Assist with event breakdown and organization after activities conclude.
• Work closely with team members to keep events running smoothly.
• Follow workplace and event safety guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform hands-on and physical event setup tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Professional and customer-friendly demeanor.
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, promotions, warehouse, or setup experience is a plus but not required.
