ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Deliver high‑quality food and beverage service during banquets, receptions, and special events Set up, service, and break down banquet rooms according to event orders and brand standards Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d'oeuvres with precision and professionalism Provide polished table, beverage, and wine service while anticipating guest needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after functions Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Collaborate with banquet captains, culinary teams, and fellow servers to ensure seamless event execution Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns Adhere to luxury service etiquette, grooming standards, and uniform requirements Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded.
