Event Promotions Assistant

We are looking for an Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, attending events, promoting brands, and building communication skills.

No previous event marketing or promotions experience is required. We provide paid training and hands-on support to help you learn the role and develop valuable skills in event marketing, customer engagement, direct marketing, promotions, and team leadership.

What You#39;ll Do

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will represent our clients at local events and promotional campaigns while helping create positive experiences for customers and community members.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing brands and organizations at events, promotional campaigns, and community activities
• Engaging with customers and members of the public in a friendly, professional manner
• Providing information about products, services, and promotional campaigns
• Helping coordinate and set up promotional events
• Participating in direct marketing and face-to-face customer engagement
• Answering questions and creating a positive customer experience
• Working closely with a team to meet campaign and event goals
• Learning basic marketing, sales, customer service, and event coordination strategies
• Assisting with training and mentoring new team members as you advance
