As an Event & Promotions Assistant, you'll represent nationally recognized brands at live events, retail promotions, community activations, and experiential marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at live events, retail promotions, trade shows, and community outreach events
• Engage directly with customers to create positive and memorable brand experiences
• Educate attendees about products, services, promotions, and campaign initiatives
• Provide exceptional customer service while answering questions and offering solutions
• Assist with event setup, merchandising, execution, and breakdown
• Support promotional marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Distribute promotional materials, product information, and marketing collateral
• Gather customer feedback and assist with event reporting and campaign tracking
• Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals and marketing objectives
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused presence at every event

Qualifications & Requirements

Ideal candidates have:

• No prior experience required — paid training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
