We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in event marketing, promotions, brand awareness, customer engagement, communications, and community outreach.
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will support promotional campaigns and represent our clients and brands at events, community activities, and other public-facing opportunities. You will interact directly with customers, share information about products and services, and help create positive experiences that increase brand awareness and engagement.
No previous event or marketing experience is required. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event promotions, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
- Represent clients and brands at events, community activities, and promotional locations
- Engage with customers and members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and events
- Assist with promotional displays, materials, signage, and event setups
- Distribute marketing and promotional materials
- Help create positive customer experiences and increase brand awareness
- Support customer engagement and community outreach initiatives
- Assist with event activities, guest interactions, and promotional experiences
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to team members
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company and its clients
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and events team to meet promotional goals
- Follow company policies, event guidelines, and brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in event promotions, marketing, sales, customer service, hospitality, communications, or retail is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers and the public
