Description
Kforce's client in Miami, FL is seeking a bilingual Event Planner Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, conferences, and special events. This role will provide hands-on administrative, logistical, and event coordination support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, A/V, transportation, vendors, and materials
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, registration, timelines, and event documentation
- Support vendor communications, quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
- Assist with onsite event setup, attendee support, and day-of coordination
- Support post-event documentation, feedback, and follow-up
Requirements:
- 3+ years of event coordination, administrative support, marketing, hospitality, or related experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish, written and verbal
- Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe
- Familiarity with SurveyMonkey and AI productivity tools preferred
- Professional, service-oriented, and comfortable working with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in Miami, FL
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
