    Description

    • Set up event rooms and spaces based on diagrams or instructions (including tables, chairs, staging, AV equipment, etc.).

    • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of event and meeting spaces.

    • Greet and assist guests with directions or questions during events.

    • Assist banquet staff with food and beverage service as needed.

    • Break down and clean event spaces post-event, ensuring equipment is properly stored.

    • Communicate effectively with event managers, banquet teams, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations.

    • Follow all safety, sanitation, and property policies and procedures.

    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Prior event setup or hospitality experience preferred.

    • Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

    • Ability to take direction and work independently.

    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.

    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
