We are hiring a full-time Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our local promotions and community outreach team.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Event Prep & Setup: Assist with setting up promotional materials, displays, and signage at local events.
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and interact with event attendees, providing accurate information about our clients' products, services, and promotions.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the professional, friendly face of our clients during community outreach initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Attend daily team meetings, participate in coaching sessions, and coordinate with team members to hit event goals.
- Reporting: Complete basic event documentation and share customer feedback with team leaders to improve future campaigns.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and exceptional people skills.
- A professional, dependable, and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Comfort working in public-facing, high-energy environments.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and scheduled local events.
- Background in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or restaurant work is a plus, but not required.
