NOW HIRING: Event Manager
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 per year
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM flexible schedule
The Event Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities associated with the daily meetings, managinglabor assigned to Events and interfacing with customers to ensure deliverables are understood and met. The individual will coordinate operations necessary to carry out event responsibilities of the company including all necessary supervision, vendor and supply contact, customer relations and other supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma / GED
4 years relevant experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
May be required to have a valid driver's license
Must complete all safety and task training certifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching and training skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to read basic floor plans. Ability to change tasks or assignments outside normal duties. Work in a team environment
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
