Ability to manage crowds and maintain a positive atmosphere. Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially when working with performers and other team members. Attention to cleanliness and safety in guest-facing areas. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing event needs. Availability to work weekends during the event.
