Event Custodian

The Event Custodian is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly District facilities before, during, and after school and community events. The position requires an individual who can work independently, respond to changing needs, and maintain District standards for cleanliness, safety, and facility operations. Work is primarily performed indoors in a school setting and may include gyms, cafeterias, hallways, classrooms, restrooms, auditoriums, and other district facilities. The employee may interact with students, staff, families, and community members during events. The advertised position is an as-needed position. Work hours will typically be 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., based on the District''s event schedule. Additional evening or weekend hours may be needed for special events.
