Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception through completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best services and prices.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate event staff and volunteers to support day-of-event activities.

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
