**Job Description:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Event/Catering Manager to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients and guests.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their event vision, needs, and budgets, offering creative solutions to meet their requirements.
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and vendors to develop customized menus and ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
- Supervise and lead a team of event staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.
- Oversee logistical arrangements, including venue setup, decoration, audio-visual equipment, and entertainment, to create a cohesive event atmosphere.
- Manage budgets and financial plans for events, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to drive repeat business and foster a network of industry contacts.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and gather feedback for future planning.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in event management and/or catering operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
