Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and in-person marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, interacting with people, and gaining hands-on experience in events, promotions, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.

• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.

• Welcome attendees and provide friendly customer assistance.

• Communicate information about products, services, and promotions.

• Engage with customers and prospective customers throughout events.

• Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.

• Maintain an organized and professional event environment.

• Assist team members with daily event and promotional activities.

• Collect customer feedback and share observations with the team.

• Help ensure events run smoothly and professionally.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.

• Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales is a plus but not required.
