We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Assistant to support the preparation and execution of promotional events, brand activations, and customer-facing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and contributing to successful events through teamwork and attention to detail.
Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown.
Help organize event materials, supplies, and promotional resources.
Welcome attendees and provide general event information.
Support promotional presentations and interactive activities.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space.
Coordinate assigned responsibilities with team members.
Assist with attendee engagement and general event needs.
Follow event guidelines and help ensure activities run smoothly.
