Event Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, participating in events, presenting products and services, and helping create positive experiences for customers and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
• Help prepare event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Support individual and team goals during promotional events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
