About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and organized Event Assistant to help prepare and deliver successful events and promotional activities. Responsibilities
- Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown.
- Arrange event spaces, displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Welcome attendees and provide helpful information about event activities.
- Support promotional presentations and interactive experiences.
- Help keep event spaces organized, presentable, and ready for attendees.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
- Assist with organizing and storing event materials after activities conclude.
- Respond to routine event needs and communicate any issues to the appropriate team member.
