We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, contributing to a team, and gaining practical experience in event coordination and promotions.
Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events.
Welcome attendees and provide friendly and professional assistance.
Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
Communicate information about products, services, and promotions.
Answer questions and assist with identifying customer needs.
Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.
Distribute promotional materials and information to attendees.
Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly.
Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations with the team.
Assist with follow-up activities after promotional events.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.

Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.

Previous event, promotional, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
