• Ensure Customer Satisfaction – served in appropriate time using proper customer service skills
• Product Quality Checks – check procedures/weights/sizes of products
• Provide customer service as needed

Staff Issues

• Mentor scoopers
• Train new scoopers

Store Operation

• Ensure proper cleaning procedures are being followed
• Ice Cream Making (as back up of ice cream maker)
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs
