We are seeking professional and dependable Retail Security Officers to join our team at a high-traffic shopping center on Long Island. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your presence, professionalism, and attention to detail help create a safe and welcoming experience for employees, shoppers, and visitors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain a highly visible security presence throughout the property
• Conduct routine patrols of the mall, stores, parking areas, and common spaces
• Monitor activity and identify potential safety or security concerns
• Respond to incidents professionally and follow established procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe environment
• Work closely with property management, emergency personnel, and law enforcement when necessary
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident reports
• Help create a professional, secure, and welcoming environment for everyone visiting the property

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• MUST be willing and able to travel to Garden City, NY
• Valid NYS Security Guard License required
• Valid NYS Driver's License and clean driving record required
• Must be available for the required schedule:
  • Saturday–Tuesday: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
  • Thursday: 12:00 AM–8:00 AM
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail, mall, loss prevention, or security experience is a plus
