At Family Promise of Gwinnett, we believe families thrive when surrounded by community, belonging, hospitality, and encouragement. We are seeking an Evening Hospitality & Community Coordinator who will help create a warm, structured, and uplifting evening environment where families feel seen, respected, and supported.

This is more than a job. It is an opportunity to help create the kind of community families can count on while they work toward stability and housing success.

About the Role:

The Evening Hospitality Community Coordinator helps create a welcoming, structured, and supportive environment during evening hours at Promise Haven, a transitional housing program serving families navigating homelessness. This role focuses on hospitality, relationship-building, volunteer engagement, smooth household flow, and fostering a culture of community and belonging as families return from work, school, and daily responsibilities.

This position serves as an important bridge between daytime programming and overnight care by helping create a warm, calm, and connected evening experience. The Coordinator balances hospitality with compassionate accountability while helping families feel respected, supported, and encouraged in their progress.

This role is relational and fast-paced, requiring strong communication skills, organization, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead with both warmth and consistency.
