Compensation Tiers:

• High Availability (35+ hours per week): $16.00 / hour
• Moderate Availability: $14.00 / hour
• Limited Availability: $12.00 / hour

Note: Higher wages require greater scheduling flexibility, including 35+ hours/week for the $16/hr tier. We review the specific schedule and final wage tier together during the interview.

Clear Path for Raises:

• Advanced Team Member: Additional 50¢ / hour
• Team Captain: Additional 50¢ / hour
• Shift Leader: Additional $2.00 / hour
• Long-Term Career Leadership Opportunities: $21.00 to $24.00+ / hour

Note: Your wage increases as you complete the specific training and performance requirements for each role.

Front of House Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and genuine hospitality to ensure all guests receive a remarkable, signature Chick-fil-A experience.
• Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests through smiling, eye contact, and meaningful conversation.
• Multitask quickly and thoroughly in face-to-face and drive-thru positions while paying careful attention to details.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest environment.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain high speed-of-service standards.
