As an Evaluator, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for individuals seeking behavioral health services while helping determine appropriate treatment recommendations and levels of care. This role is responsible for establishing provisional diagnoses, developing treatment plans, coordinating referrals, and supporting continuity of care across programs and services. Evaluators may also provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and brief therapeutic support as needed. ADA Consideration - Sedentary Work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and documentation tasks.
