European Automotive Technician | Hrly + Bonus | No Weekends

Pay Rate: $35–$50/hour + Productivity Bonus

If you're an experienced European Automotive Technician, this is an opportunity to work 100% on European vehicles while earning hourly pay plus productivity bonus potential.

You'll handle a mix of diagnostics, repairs, and performance work on Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Dedicated Service Advisors and a Parts Manager support the workflow so you can stay focused on the cars.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and check-engine-light concerns
• Handle an approximately 50/50 mix of diagnostics and repair
• Perform maintenance and general mechanical repairs
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections using Tekmetric
• Perform supported bolt-on performance modifications
• Work primarily on Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche, plus BMW and Mercedes-Benz

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong European automotive experience required
• Strong diagnostic and complex repair skills
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Own professional hand tools and a laptop
• ASE, performance modification, and DVI experience are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $40–$50/hour for A-Level Technicians
• $35–$38/hour for strong B-Level Technicians

Bonus eligibility begins at approximately 5.5 hours turned per day, averaged over the month.
