Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM | No Weekends
A Level Technician Pay: $50-$60/hr Flat Rate (depending on experience)
B+ Technician Pay: $40-$50/hr Flat Rate (depending on experience)

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A Level or B+ European Automotive Technician in Kalamazoo, MI. A Level Technicians earn $50-$60/hr flat rate (depending on experience), while B+ Technicians earn $40-$50/hr flat rate (depending on experience). Enjoy steady European vehicle work, modern diagnostic equipment, paid training, relocation assistance, and a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair European and select Asian import vehicles.
• Perform engine, suspension, steering, electrical, drivetrain, and general mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose drivability concerns using modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Service BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Volvo, and select Asian imports.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and service documentation.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• 3+ years of European automotive experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently complete repairs from inspection through completion.
• ASE and/or Michigan certifications are a plus.
• Professional, team-oriented approach with a focus on quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits
