Monaco Motors - Canoga Park, CA Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000+ annually (Base Salary + Performance Incentives) Monaco Motors is an established independent European automotive repair facility serving BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, MINI, Volkswagen throughout the San Fernando Valley. We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor who enjoys working directly with customers, building long-term relationships, and helping clients make informed decisions regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and sales skills who understands how to communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and proactive in building customer trust. They take pride in delivering exceptional customer experience, consistently achieving sales goals, and creating long-term relationships that encourage repeat business. We value individuals who actively pursue training, certifications, and opportunities to broaden their automotive knowledge and expertise.Responsibilities1.Welcome customers and provide professional service experience.2.Create repair orders and document customer concerns.3.Present maintenance and repair recommendations.4.Prepare estimates and explain repair options.5.Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.6.Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status.7.Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business.8.Help achieve service department sales and customer satisfaction goals.9.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through.10.Contribute to service department growth through effective sales and relationship-building skills.Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred. Previous experience presenting estimates and repair recommendations. Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions throughout the day. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proven ability to build customer trust and maintain long-term relationships. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Experience with European vehicles is preferred but not required.
