The Kind of Technician Who Fits Here

Technical skill matters, but how you show up matters just as much.

We’re a tight-knit team. When one person isn’t contributing, everyone feels it. We want someone who takes pride in being productive and understands that their performance affects the entire shop.

Our ideal technician is:

  • Accountable — owns their work and results

  • Transparent — communicates clearly and honestly

  • Attentive — pays attention to the details

  • Professional — takes pride in their work and conduct

  • Team-oriented — understands that everyone succeeds together
