We’re seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician with strong hands-on repair skills.
A-Level: $40–$45/flag hr | 5+ years of experience
B-Level: $30–$35/flag hr | 2–3+ years of experience
European vehicle experience required
Must be comfortable with general repair, suspension, steering, alignments, tires, and maintenance
Diagnostic experience is preferred but not required for the right B-Level technician
What You’ll Do
Perform maintenance and general repair on European vehicles
Complete assigned repairs efficiently and accurately
Perform suspension and steering repairs
Perform wheel alignments
Handle tire service and related repairs
Properly operate alignment equipment
Identify parts needed to complete repairs
Document inspections and repairs using digital systems and DVI
Maintain strong billed-hour production
Communicate effectively with the service team
Maintain high standards for workmanship and professionalism
Take ownership of your work, productivity, and results

Shop Environment
EuroSense features 14 bays and 14 lifts with a modern, digital workflow focused on European repair and performance. DVI experience is preferred, but we will train you in our process. Service Advisors handle parts ordering, with diagnostic support available when needed.
Requirements
Professional automotive repair experience
European vehicle experience required
Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience for A-Level consideration
Approximately 2–3+ years of relevant experience for B-Level consideration
Alignment experience required
Tire service experience
Strong general mechanical repair skills
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable using digital technology and documentation
Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented
Willingness to maintain strong production standards
Preferred Experience
Previous DVI experience
European specialty shop or dealership experience
Strong diagnostic skills
5–7+ years of European repair experience
