Eurasia Lab Assistant

Essential Duties

• Prepare, label, organize, and maintain samples for product testing and laboratory analysis.
• Assist with routine laboratory testing and established testing protocols under the direction of the Laboratory Supervisor and senior laboratory staff.
• Operate laboratory equipment, including spectrometers, balances, and other equipment associated with routine testing activities.
• Accurately record testing activities, experimental results, and other laboratory information in logbooks and electronic systems.
• Perform routine equipment calibration, verification, and quality checks in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, samples, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Follow established laboratory procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and testing protocols.
• Identify and communicate unusual test results, equipment concerns, sample issues, or other conditions requiring additional review.
• Assist with maintaining appropriate inventory levels of laboratory supplies and testing materials.
• Support laboratory staff with testing activities, projects, and other operational needs as required.
• Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and documentation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
