Role description

Job Summary

Provide Level 2 technical support for end-user computing environments ensuring prompt resolution of hardware software mobility and collaboration technology issues Act as a key point of contact for users delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining endpoint stability security and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide walk-up deskside remote and Tech Centre support for end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows macOS mobile devices printers and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications Outlook Teams OneDrive and collaboration tools.
• Handle incidents service requests and escalations through ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tools.
• Manage device provisioning refresh deployment and recovery activities.
• Support Intune SCCM Autopilot Active Directory and endpoint security tools.
• Diagnose hardware software network connectivity and application issues.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management processes.
• Support conference room audiovisual and meeting room technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation knowledge articles and user guides.
• Participate in shift operations and provide VIP user support as required.
