About the Role: We're looking for an experienced
EUC Lab Systems Administrator to support lab computers and equipment. This is a fully onsite role where you'll be managing lab systems, supporting users, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

100% onsite role remote work is not available.
What You'll Do:- Manage and support lab computers and instruments as a system administrator.
- Provide desktop support and customer service for end users.
- Handle transitions of IT services from other vendors.
- Troubleshoot and support Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 10) and MS Office applications.
- Work with Linux systems (a plus).
- Manage SCCM patching, Active Directory, and antivirus tools.
- Perform imaging and image creation for systems.
- Support Windows 10 deployments and lead or participate in OS migrations.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide hardware/software support.
What You Bring:- Hands-on experience supporting lab IT environments.
- Strong skills in Microsoft technologies, IT hardware/software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Linux is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory, and imaging tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
