Location: Plainsboro, NJ
Work Model: Hybrid 4 days onsite

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ETL Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica IICS/IDMC, Snowflake, SQL, and Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with team leadership, solution design, problem-solving, and strong client-facing communication skills.
Experience working with Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences data, including datasets and platforms such as IQVIA, Komodo, and Veeva, is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ETL and data engineering solutions.
  • Design scalable data warehouse architectures, dimensional models, facts, and dimensions.
  • Develop and optimize data integration solutions using Informatica IICS/IDMC and PowerCenter.
  • Design and optimize solutions on Snowflake Data Warehouse.
  • Build complex SQL queries, transformations, data pipelines, and integration workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership and guide development teams through complex implementation challenges.
  • Develop first-cut architecture and solution designs for data engineering initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot data integration, performance, and data quality issues.
  • Lead technical discussions with business, architecture, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Create technical architecture, process, and solution documentation.
  • Identify technical risks and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Support small to large-scale data engineering programs from design through execution.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS / IDMC.
  • Experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, development, and performance optimization.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and dimensional modeling.
  • Hands-on experience designing facts, dimensions, and analytical data models.
  • Experience designing enterprise ETL/data integration architectures.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
  • Excellent business communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business and technical narratives.
Preferred Skills
  • Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain experience.
  • Experience working with IQVIA, Komodo, Veeva, or similar Life Sciences datasets/platforms.
  • Understanding of Snowflake Cortex AI or AI-enabled data solutions.
  • Experience leading solution architecture and data engineering initiatives.
