    Description

    JOB TITLE: Senior Software Engineer
    JOB LOCATION: Remote but need to be open to travel to Albuquerque, NM during implementation
    WAGE RANGE*: $50hr to $55hr w2
    JOB NUMBER: 26-01420

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:


    Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.5
    Design and maintain relational database models, schemas, tables, indexes, and views.
    Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning solutions.
    Perform database optimization and data quality analysis for large healthcare datasets.
    Build ETL processes for Medicaid claims, provider, eligibility, and encounter data.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise data integration and reporting solutions for Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS/T-MMIS) and Federal Reporting programs. This role requires expertise in database design, SQL development, Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.5, ETL architecture, and CMS regulatory reporting.
    • Design and maintain relational database models, schemas, tables, indexes, and views.
    • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning solutions.
    • Perform database optimization and data quality analysis for large healthcare datasets.
    • Build ETL processes for Medicaid claims, provider, eligibility, and encounter data.
    • Troubleshoot ETL failures, performance issues, and production incidents.
    • Implement data validation, error handling, and audit controls.
    • Investigate and resolve CMS reporting errors and DQ Atlas findings.
    • Support audits, PERM reviews, and federal certification activities.
