Construction Estimator

Job Description
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Develop conceptual budgets and bid proposals.
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor quotations.
- Identify value engineering opportunities.
- Maintain current market pricing and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders.
- Support bid administration and project cost tracking.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
- Background in general contracting or commercial construction.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
