    Role Summary:

    Located at the Sterling, VA office, the Estimator will play a crucial role in evaluating and preparing cost estimates for a variety of commercial repair and restoration projects. This includes tasks related to concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural reinforcement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and analyze cost estimates and quantity take-offs for commercial repair and restoration projects.
    • Oversee project budgets and monitor costs to ensure they align with financial expectations.
    • Facilitate effective communication with clients and project teams.
    • Utilize expertise to interpret construction plans and specifications accurately.
    • Leverage construction estimating software to generate precise estimates and reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Proficiency with construction estimating software, such as Bid2Win.
    • Strong background in cost management and budgeting.
    • Excellent communication skills and relevant experience in the construction industry.
    • Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications with accuracy.
