Job Description

Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define project scope and pricing needs. Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor work. Request, review, and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing to support complete bids. Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and pricing risks before bid submission. Develop bid proposals that clearly reflect project requirements and assumptions. Work with construction team members to confirm pricing, schedules, and project details. Maintain estimate files, bid records, and cost information for future use.
