A high-end luxury custom home builder in Southeast Wisconsin is seeking an Estimator / Senior Estimator to join their team! They build incredible custom homes, from build-on-your-own-lot projects to one-of-a-kind estate homes. Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for high-end luxury custom homes
• Complete takeoffs and pricing from plans and specifications
• Gather and review bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• Work closely with the sales, design and production teams
• Keep budgets accurate as projects move from design to construction

Estimator Qualifications:

• 3+ years of estimating experience on high-end luxury custom homes
• Experience with custom home projects of $1M+
• Senior Estimator level for candidates with more years of experience
• Consistent work history and looking for a long-term fit
• Able to work in office in Southeast Wisconsin

Estimator Compensation & Benefits:

• $70,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
